How to Block Ads in Internet Explorer

Annoyed by all those ads on the internet? Hate those big, flashy pop up ads?
Then read this article to learn how to block all those and more!

Type "ie7pro" in a search engine or just click here. http://www.ie7pro.com/index.php.

Click the "Download Free" yellow button and save the executable to your computer. Run the file to begin installation. Go through the installation wizard and complete the installation.

Now you should restart Internet Explorer. You will notice that new key features are available via the icon at the bottom right hand corner of the browser with an icon that looks like a blue circle with the IE7pro logo in it. You can right click this Icon to enable or disable Ad Blocker or edit any of the IE7pro preferences. By default IE7Pro automatically blocks all Flash movies, which may include things like games or videos you're interested in. In this case, you have to add the site to your whitelist by right-clicking on the IE7Pro icon in the status bar and choosing Ad filter advanced > Don't block this site...

Thats all there is to it! All the filters and subscriptions needed to block ads should automatically be enabled. IE7pro has many more features, but for this article I only covered ad blocking.
